What it does #
The Dashboard is the first screen you see. It answers three questions at a glance: How healthy is my site? What needs my attention? What has VuloPilot been doing?
Why it matters #
Instead of opening ten pages to find problems, you see the important ones in one place, with a score that tells you whether things are getting better or worse.
New to VuloPilot? See GETTING-STARTED for installation and the first scan.
How to use it #
- Open VuloPilot → Dashboard.
- Click Run scan in the header. VuloPilot checks your whole site and refreshes every score.
- Read your scores (below).
- Work through Needs your attention.
Your scores #
The Website Health Scores card shows one overall score and one for each area. Each score is out of 100.
| Score | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Visibility Score | How easy your site is to find in search and by AI |
| Health Score | How well WordPress and your server are running |
| Commerce Score | How healthy your online store is (WooCommerce sites) |
| Performance Score | How fast your site is |
| Content Score | How good your content is |
| Brand Score | How trustworthy your brand looks |
Ratings run from Excellent and Good to Fair and Needs work, each with a one-line message. Click View full report for more. The Health timeline chart shows whether your scores are rising; it fills in after your first scan.
Needs your attention #
This is your to-do list, in three parts.
| List | What it is | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Open issues | Problems found by your last scans | Click one to open the page where you can fix it |
| Quick fixes | Simple problems AI can fix for you, such as an image issue | Click Fix with AI, look at the before and after, then approve or reject |
| Pending approval | AI changes waiting for your OK | Approve to apply, or reject to discard |
Nothing changes on your site until you approve. After you decide, you see “Action approved and executed” or “Action rejected.” Approved changes are listed under Recent Changes.
AI Suggestions lists fixes AI has prepared and is waiting for you to review.
