VuloPilot offers a 15-day refund policy from the date of purchase. If VuloPilot is not functioning as described, is technically unusable, or does not provide the features and functionality described on our pricing or product pages, you may be eligible for a full refund.
VuloPilot is designed to work as an AI Operating System for WordPress, helping you monitor, optimize, secure, and automate your website. While we are confident in the reliability and performance of VuloPilot, we understand that technical issues can sometimes occur.
If you experience a problem, our support team will work with you to identify and resolve the issue before a refund is processed.
Please note that refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
To request a refund, please contact us through our refund request page.
Refund Eligibility
Before requesting a refund, please take the following steps:
- Review the VuloPilot documentation and available tutorials to ensure the product has been configured correctly.
- Explore our support resources for known issues and recommended solutions.
- Ensure that your WordPress installation, hosting environment, PHP version, and server configuration meet the requirements specified for VuloPilot.
- Make sure WordPress and all required dependencies are properly installed and up to date.
- Temporarily disable other plugins and switch to a default WordPress theme where appropriate to determine whether a plugin or theme conflict is causing the issue.
- Contact our support team and provide details of the problem, including the steps required to reproduce it.
- If necessary, provide our support team with temporary access to your WordPress installation so we can investigate and troubleshoot the issue.
Refunds for technical issues will only be considered after we have been given a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the problem.
If our support team is unable to resolve a genuine issue that prevents VuloPilot from functioning as described, you may qualify for a refund, provided the request is submitted within the 15-day refund period.
When a Refund May Be Granted
A refund may be approved when:
- VuloPilot is substantially non-functional due to a product-related issue.
- A core feature advertised on the VuloPilot pricing or product page does not work as described.
- VuloPilot cannot perform its advertised monitoring, optimization, security, or automation functionality due to a confirmed product issue that our support team cannot resolve.
- You have contacted our support team regarding a genuine product issue and have not received a response within 48 business hours.
- The product description significantly misrepresents the functionality provided by VuloPilot.
Refund eligibility is determined based on the specific circumstances of each request.
Issues That Do Not Automatically Qualify for a Refund
Not every error or difficulty indicates that VuloPilot is defective. Problems may be caused by factors outside the product itself, including:
- Incorrect WordPress configuration.
- Hosting or server limitations.
- Unsupported PHP or WordPress versions.
- Conflicts with third-party plugins or themes.
- Missing or corrupted WordPress files.
- Incorrect configuration of VuloPilot settings.
- Security restrictions imposed by the hosting environment.
- Third-party API, AI, or external service limitations.
- Failure to meet the technical requirements specified for VuloPilot.
In such cases, our support team will first attempt to identify the cause and provide an appropriate solution.
Refund Request Rejections
Although refund requests can be submitted for paid VuloPilot plans or extensions, the Sales and Support team’s decision will be final in cases including, but not limited to:
- Discounted Purchases: Products purchased using a special discount, promotional offer, coupon, or other reduced-price offer may not be eligible for a refund.
- Automatic Renewals: Refunds for automatically renewed subscriptions are not generally available. Customers are responsible for cancelling automatic renewal before the renewal date through the applicable payment provider or VuloPilot account.
- Unauthorized Use or License Violations: Refunds will not be issued where there is evidence of unauthorized use, license abuse, redistribution, or violation of the VuloPilot End User License Agreement (EULA).
- Feature Requests: Refunds will not be granted because a customer wants a feature that is not included in VuloPilot or is not advertised as part of the purchased plan.
- Change of Mind: Refunds will generally not be provided simply because you no longer require the product, purchased it by mistake, or decided not to use it.
- Downloaded or Activated Product: A refund may be refused where the product has already been downloaded, installed, activated, and used, particularly where there is no verified product-related issue.
- Authorized Purchases: A purchase made by an employee, colleague, team member, or another person authorized to use the payment method does not qualify as an unauthorized transaction.
- Failure to Cooperate With Support: Refunds may be refused if the customer does not provide the information, access, or testing environment reasonably required by our support team to investigate a reported issue.
- Expired Refund Period: Refund requests submitted more than 15 days after the original purchase date will not be processed.

Refund Processing
Once a refund has been approved, it will generally be processed within 7 days of the refund approval.
For customers in India, GST charges are non-refundable.
Any transaction or payment-processing fees deducted by the payment gateway may also be non-refundable.
VuloPilot reserves the right to deny a refund where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, bad-faith use, license misuse, or other misuse of the product.
Effect of a Refund
By requesting and receiving a refund, you agree to:
- Stop using VuloPilot immediately.
- Deactivate and remove VuloPilot from your website.
- Discontinue use of any VuloPilot license associated with the refunded purchase.
- Forfeit any license rights associated with the refunded purchase.
Once a refund has been issued, the refunded license may be deactivated and will no longer be eligible for updates, support, or other benefits associated with the original purchase.
VuloPilot reserves the right to review each refund request individually and to deny a request where the circumstances do not meet the requirements of this refund policy.
If you believe VuloPilot is genuinely not functioning as described, please contact our support team first so we can investigate and help resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve the problem, you may submit your refund request within the applicable 15-day period through our refund request page.
